    Came out o their plastic envelope during shipping but all pieces are in good condition. I've already had occasion to use one and they work as expected.

    Didn't receive all items as expected

    I was expecting two each 5" one straight tipped and one curved tip. The other 2 pair are correct. I received one 5" curved tip and one 3.5" straight tip. I have no use for a 3.5" hemostat. I would like a 5" straight tipped hemostat.
