Utopia Tools offers the following Returns Policy:
- Customer's who are not 100% satisfied with any purchase should return all items within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
- All items must be returned in resell condition.
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery or in conditions deemed unsellable, may be charged a restocking fee.
- Return Shipping is absolutely free. We will provide you with a pre-paid USPS or UPS domestic label to return the merchandise to us.
Customers must fill out all of the required information on the Return Request Form in order to ensure an accurate and prompt refund.
