The handle bent the first time I tried to reduce a ring. The enlarger works well, but I wish the handle was more durable
I purchased a ring stretcher reducer when I received it on the first use it broke I contacted customer service they sent a replacement I have not used it yet so my judgment for the replacement is on hold, I have yet to receive instructions on what to do with the broken item. Overall response was good but was disappointed in the product.
The first ring stretcher they sent out was damaged. With one online coversation they immediately sent out another replacement. Very happy with this company and top notch service.
The handle broke on the second ring that I worked on, luckily I had an old vise handle that I was able to use after drilling the hole in the pressing mechanism out for it to fit, since then, I have had no problems with the tool itself. The tool is on the cheaper side of other ring stretchers and reducers, so I really didnt expect it to be of high quality. But I must say that I am pleased with it other than the handle issue.
