I bought 2 wooden hiking sticks from Utopia Tools. The second one was damaged and had splinters on the stick that could hurt one's palm. I notified the sales department and it sent a replacement stick to me in short notice. I am very impressed with Utopia Tools service. I would buy from Utopia Tools again.
